Teacher Training Application Process
Applications for teacher training programs are individually reviewed. Due to the structure and intensity of our teacher training programs, enrollment is very limited. We accept last-minute applications if there is space in the program. Submission of your application indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the requirements for the training. Once you submit your application, please email a color photo to sunny@yogasurfingretreats.com or post to PO Box 449, Lennox Head, NSW Australia. When we have received your deposit, you will receive an email receipt. If you have not heard from us after one week, please email sunny@yogasurfingretreats.com.
A $250 non
refundable deposit is payable upon application.
The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the Teacher Training fee.
Also, if you choose to stay at any of our selected accommodation sites there
will be a 50% non refundable deposit required to hold your reservation (this is
standard throughout Australia).
The invoice dates for the accommodation deposit will be emailed to you.
Please refer to the Student Handbook, practical information and confirmed
student log in pages on our website for all further details regarding the
accommodation and prices and updating information.
- If the balance of the course fee is not received by
the notified due date a student's place may be offered to someone on a waiting
list.

Payment plans are available for certain circumstances. Please email the
Director for this.

charges there will be an additional 3% charge for using credit card option for
o/s credit cards and 2.5% for Australian credit cards.)

REFUND POLICY FOR SANTOSHA INTENSIVE
TEACHER TRAINING COURSES:

REFUND POLICY FOR SANTOSHA INTENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING COURSES:
If a student withdraws from the course after payment of full fees, the
following refund policy applies.*
A) If the student withdraws 28 days or more prior to course commencement, the
student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus the non refundable
deposit of $250.00 and if applicable the non refundable 50% accommodation fee.
B) If the student withdraws 15-27 days prior to the course commencement, the
student will receive 75 percent of the full course fee minus the non refundable
deposit and non refundable accommodation fee if applicable.
C) If the student withdraws 5-14 days prior to course commencement, the student
will receive 50 percent of the full course fee minus the non refundable deposit
and the non refundable accommodation fee if applicable.
D) If the student withdraws 1-4 days prior to course commencement or withdraws
after the course starts, the student will receive no refund.
B<C<D will apply ONLY in the event that the training spot is not taken
up by another student from the waiting list. All non refundable deposits as
discussed previously will be with held.
- In
the case of compassionate or unforeseen circumstances necessitating
withdrawal, a student may defer to the next available course upon
application, and fees will be transferred to that course accordingly.
Santosha reserves the right to cancel any event
(yoga retreats/yoga teacher trainings) if necessary. In the unlikely event that
this occurs, a full refund of all monies will be returned to the client.
