Santosha invites you to come to our "Just Be Pampered Retreat" to get away from it all. It's time to escape from the distractions
and pressures of everyday life! The theme of the retreat will be one of
rejuvenation for mind, body and soul. Completely surrender and allow yourself
the opportunity to be luxuriously restored to harmony.
Held in sacred Byron Bay,
with daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, and sun-drenched surf sessions. Your "Just
Be" retreat includes pampering treatments such as massage, facials and/or
Reiki.
Your daily yoga will be led by one of the world's
master yoga teachers, Doug Swenson; and your surfing sessions will be guided by
current Australian Surf Champ Sunny Richards-Glasser (along with other chosen
staff).
Doug will offer a vinyasa flow and movement class every morning. The style for
this retreat is based on traditional Ashtanga poses, infused with creativity.
Be prepared to feel your yoga practise soar to new heights; if you're a
beginner, you'll learn with ease and confidence. Some mornings we'll practise
to the sounds of birds and the rhythm of the ocean waves on the beach; other
mornings we'll be soothed with music in our beautiful new yoga room. You'll feel energized,
relaxed and at peace at the end of your yoga practise. The afternoon class will
be a time of reflection, yin yoga and self-inquiry.
If you choose to immerse yourself in the surfing
sessions, you'll have the time of your life! Yoga and surfing are naturally connected.
Like yoga, surfing is a life-changing experience, and anyone can learn to surf!
There will also be plenty of free time each
day to simply relax or to explore all that Byron Bay
has to offer.
The "Just Be Pampered" yoga retreat will be a experience that will
empower you for the rest of your life. So do it now—treat yourself to a magical
experience.
