Summer Fun Yoga

Come and immerse yourself in all that our yoga and surf retreat has to offer. Escape the demands of everyday life, the winter blues and enjoy pure yoga with Sunny Richards-Glasser. You'll have plenty of time for reflection; sun-drenched swimming sessions in the emerald ocean, where dolphins play. Or choose to meditate on the beautiful, clean beaches of Byron Bay; nourish your body with delicious vegetarian meals made from fresh local produce; and enjoy the views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean outside your door. You will have fun meeting new friends, forming lasting relationships and deepening existing ones, eating amazing foods, surfing if you so desire and practicing yoga every day. The method of our Teacher trainings is Multi Style which focuses on a creative fushion of Hatha, Iyengar,and Ashtanga poses woven together by  a  vinyasa flow  that is accessible to all levels and abilities. Early Bird YTT only - $2,150 AUD (closes June 30th)

After living in Japan for 7 years , having 3 children and a husband who had a very demanding career, I understand the need for  quality online Yoga Teacher Training Courses to be offered and  to be available for anyone who;

1.Simply can not get to an onsite Yoga Training location,

2.Who can not leave their family for weeks or months

3. For those whom live in  countries which have  very little Yoga at all.....

Thus Santosha will be taking a step forward and providing this for those who desire to be a Yoga Teacher but can not attend an onsite course for what ever reason.

Santosha’s founding philosophy will remain  in place meaning we believe the Yoga Teacher Trainings should be accessible to the majority, not a minority and the the cost to the student should be reflected by this “non  greed “ approach.  We will also be donating a percentage of these fees to selected  charities around the world so as to create a better world.
