The location we are choosing needs much thought so as to offer a Level 1 training that enables a unique and fulfilling experience. We are currently looking at two locations Bali + India. So please have patience and we will be adding a new location ASAP.
Book early as this course has limited numbers, will fill fast and transport needs to be organised from airport to the accommodation to reduce cost.
This course is one of the most comprehensive Yoga Teacher Trainings in the world. The method of our Teacher trainings is Multi Style which focuses on a creative fusion of Hatha, Iyengar, Vini Yoga and Ashtanga poses woven together by a Vinyasa flow that is accessible to all levels and abilities. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation for teaching yoga skilfully with compassion and awareness. The program combines a perfect balance including, asana knowledge and practice, yoga philosophy, yoga lifestyle, ethics for yoga teachers, extensive anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology and practice, meditation, kriyas ,pranayama, ayurvedic medicine and yoga, avoiding injury and yoga adjustments.
