Heading into 2012

As we are heading into 2012 a new era has begun with Santosha Yoga.

Having launched our new website we only saw it fitting to explore new locations, new courses - post pre natal trainings, adventure yoga, new teachers, etc.

Santosha believes in supporting young, new, experienced and knowledgeable teachers.

We are now also offering a choice of delectable retreat centres in the Mentawai Islands.
