Sample Daily Schedule

Santosha does not like to give too much away, because we do not want you to attach to what is happening in the future, we want you to be focused on the day and the moment you are in with your family member! Then we can learn to live in the now, and find much more happiness on a daily basis! Thus the below is just a wee peek!

Day One
Arrive to Santosha and settle in with a healthy home cooked meal and a beach camp fire with new friends.

Day Two
Arise with the sun to set off on a half day hike or other adventures such as abseiling or surfing. Mums and dads indulge in their pm massage while teens learn some yoga for fun! The teens help and learn how to prepare a healthy meal with chef. Eat and socialise. The night ends with a camp fire, laughs and some meditation to allow a night of sleep like no other.

Day Three
Arise with the sun for some Yoga on the beach then join in with your teen either surfing or in outdoor fun. Eat a healthy lunch at Santosha and meet with your guide for the afternoon activities to be explained. Parents help with cooking and teens are engaged in the preparations. Eat and socialise. The day ends by the camp fire with roasted marshmellows and chocolate, stories and Yoga Nidra to settle you into a peaceful sleep.

Day Four
Arise with the sun with Yoga on the beach. Enjoy a cooked breakfast and pack for the solo experience with your teen. Head off mid morning and be prepared for a day and night of adventures and moments you have never experienced before with your teen.

Day Five
Arise with the sun, eat breakfast alone with your teen, pack up your tents and head back to Santosha. The night ends with camp fires and stories to tell!

Day Six
Depart at three in the afternoon refreshed, inspired and invigorated.On your final full day at Santosha, we take time to reflect on everything you and your teen and the other group members have experienced!
